Doctor Esquerdo 13

In 2014, Grupo S4 purchased Doctor Esquerdo 13 with the aim of extending and fully refurbishing the building for subsequent sale.

Our project consisted of newly built 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, from 160 m² to 200 m², with high-quality finishes.

A modern building with all the amenities needed to make life easy for its residents:

- Parking space with individual pre-installed power outlet for electric cars

- Storage rooms

- Bicycle room

- Home automation

- 300 m² of common areas on the building's rooftop, featuring a landscaped area, pergola, benches, a solarium with sun loungers and showers, among other facilities.

A 21st-century building committed to energy savings, with a biomass boiler for hot water and heating with individual metering, aiming to achieve the highest energy rating "A".

With a 20-month project execution period, the building was completed in November 2017.
