The building located at C/ Jesús y María 8 in Madrid involved the redistribution and renovation of the existing homes, giving them larger living rooms and kitchens and adding an extra bathroom.

The project included:

- 3 penthouses with large terraces, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The characteristics of the building, as well as its location, have made it well suited for tourist rental use.
